If we move will everything be moved intact? All the old stuff?

If not, please let me know a week or so in advance because there is a lot of material I would like to copy for future reference like perfume reviews and I'm working with Windows95 and a dial-up connection.

Here is a thought. Start a new place and keep this one running for a little while. Or is there a way to 'lock' everything so you can read it but not type in new stuff?

The news keeps getting better and better. The 220V electricity (hot water, stove / oven and clothes dryer) at my house has been intermittent for the past two years ever since my neighbor had some tree work done and the power company disconnected the wires temporarily. Since then, if the temperature is about thirty degrees and a wet, heavy snow or rain falls and the temperature drops to ten or fifteen degrees the 220V electricity will go out for two hours to two days and has steadily gotten worse. There was a wind storm last week - no snow or rain - and the 220V never came back. I finally broke down and called an electrician. Major problems due to the age of my house and the condition of the outdoor wiring. If I was to call the electric company to fix the problem, they would probably disconnect all the electricity, the 110V and the 220V so I'd be completely without power as I am a hazard. I was planning on getting underground wires and updating the electricals from shotgun shell-type fuses to a modern circuit breaker panel but the electrician explained that instead of just doing everything in one day I'd have to do it in overlapping increments over a couple of weeks. And the price would be doubled on what it cost my neighbor. After the electrician left I got mad and threw my basketball at the wires. Guess what? It's working.
